Fermentation is often the bottleneck in brewing. At BrauBeviale, Ferrum Group and Hefei Zhongchen present OptiFerm – a faster, more flexible and more energy-efficient fermentation process.
External heat exchange, active recirculation and 360° mixing replace the conventional cooling jacket.
